When Ensemble Studios (the creators of the Age of Empires games and most recently Halo Wars) revealed that they would be closing down, I was upset that the developers of some of my favorite games were no longer going to be together. Yet with that door closing a window opened and some of the team went on to form Robot Entertainment and have released their first game; Orcs Must Die.

A World of Keflings helped end 2010 XBLA games with a bang, as it took the success of its predecessor and continued on with that same formula we all loved. Now we have the first DLC package “It Came from Outer Space” where we will visit new worlds and meet new characters along the way to another enjoyable experience.

This year we have seen the Sega classics brought back to life with ports and HD upgrades. We have had Crazy Taxi, Sonic Adventure, Space Channel Five Part 2, and Sega Bass Fishing from the Dreamcast era. Recently they have brought Radiant Silvergun from the Sega Saturn console and the newest title from that generation is Guardian Heroes in an upgraded HD form.
